Because of a glitch in the registration link, we have extended the early registration deadline until Wednesday April 3, 2019. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Early registration is before April 1 at a rate of $400 for the full conference (including a Sunday reception and conference dinner). The student rate is $170 and excludes the conference dinner. Registration after April is $600 for the full conference and $300 for students.
